Dissemination of Estimated Goals for course

 

10AM  Observation Process

Tack inspection with horse and Rider evaluation - 10 minutes per attendee

Set realistic goals for course

 

Instructor will assign number to group or individual - rotation of time slot by assigned numbers will ensure fairness.

 

Facilitator will manage time rotation with 15 minutes alarm.  Individuals not working are expected to observe.

Afternoon Session

 

Groupwork or Individual instruction per instructor

 

 

EACH DAY will begin at 8:30AM with a brief meeting to go over previous days events, and discuss the days agenda.

 

Training will begin at 9AM
